This garden required just a few additions to make it special. It also includes an impressive 240m² of verge revegetation.
This house in Burns Beach had no garden, no trees, no life. We rebuilt some retaining walls around the pool to allow for deeper planting beds, planting trees and a fun mix of plants. Instantly this linked the garden to the tree line beyond and made the space feel much bigger while cooling the space dramatically. On the verge we designed a mix of plants to create wall of green, with high density planting at the back graduating down to ground cover. We planted Dwarf Lemon-scented Gums and Hakeas to attract birds, creating a plant-scape that flowers year round. This property is now teaming with life and one we’re exceptionally proud of.
